Terms of Service

Who runs Hobbify

Hobbify is jointly operated by Roan Woltmeijer and Willem Veldhuizen. It is not currently a registered company. You can contact both founders through contact@hobbify.nl.

Using Hobbify

You must be at least 18 years old to create or hold an account. Public pages are open to visitors internationally. We encourage English in community discussions so more people can participate.

You may use Hobbify to discover hobbies, maintain a profile and share lawful community content. You are responsible for your account and the content you publish.

Price

Hobbify is currently free. There are no paid plans or advertisements. If we introduce either, we will explain the changes before they take effect. We will not charge you without your agreement.

Community conduct

Do not harass others, impersonate people, publish illegal material, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Reports and moderation

Report inappropriate posts through the post options or email us. Administrators and moderators review reports and may remove content. Only administrators make account-restriction decisions. We aim to respond within three days; this is a response target, not a guarantee that every case will be resolved in that time.

If you disagree with a decision, reply to our email or write to contact@hobbify.nl with the relevant details so we can review it.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Hobbify permission to store and display it as needed to operate the service. When deleting your account, you can choose to remove your contributions or leave published public contributions under deleted_user. If you choose to keep them, this permission continues for that retained content. You can contact us about identifying content or a privacy request.

Hobby guidance

Starter Paths are general inspiration, not professional medical, safety, legal or financial advice. Consider your abilities and follow appropriate safety guidance.

Availability and changes

The service may change or become temporarily unavailable. Accounts or content that violate these terms may be restricted or removed.
