Slow down
Breath and movement create a deliberate pause in your day.
Find inner peace
Yoga combines movement, breathing and attention in a practice that can fit almost any day. Beginner sessions can be gentle, short and focused on feeling better rather than performing.
You need: A clear, comfortable space and a stable chair if useful.
Sit comfortably with support if you need it. Notice three normal breaths, then gently raise and lower your shoulders within an easy range. Rest your hands and notice how sitting feels now. Do not force a stretch or hold your breath; stop if anything hurts.
You've done enough when: A brief pause and one observation about comfort or attention.
If following a whole sequence feels too much, return to sitting comfortably and observing normal breathing. Your range does not need to match anyone else's.

Want a larger goal? A project keeps its steps and updates together. You can also keep practising and sharing updates directly from this hobby.
A practice note can contain the duration, the variation you used and whether the space felt comfortable.
When you share: Share a practical thing that helped you begin, such as using a chair or choosing a shorter session. A pose photo is unnecessary.
